Brent Widler, AIA
Fueled by a passion for thoughtful design, Brent Widler founded Widler Architecture with a dedication to excellence and a meticulous eye for detail. With over 20 years of experience, Brent believes in the power of clear communication and intentional decision-making to bring every idea to life.
Before starting Widler Architecture in 2005, Brent honed his craft at respected firms like TKA+Partners, WDW Design, Jordan Mozer, and Legat Architects. An Iowa State University graduate with a B.A. in Architecture, his expertise and commitment have established Widler Architecture as a firm that leaves a lasting impression.
Brent lives in Downers Grove, IL, with his wife Lynse, and their two sons.
Julija Andrusis, Licensed Architect, LEED AP
Julija Andriusis brings a wealth of project management expertise to Widler Architecture, with a decade of experience from Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, where her love for historic preservation flourished. A licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional, Julija combines her knowledge of design and sustainability to create timeless, efficient spaces.
Outside the office, Julija channels her creativity into restoring vintage furniture, a passion she showcases at Chicago’s annual Randolph Street Market. She lives in Brookfield, IL, with her husband and two young children.
Beth Ann Wymyslowski, Office Manager
With over 30 years of experience, Beth Ann Brand keeps Widler Architecture running like a well-oiled machine. Her background in office management, accounting, and customer service, paired with a talent for organization, ensures that our team and clients are always supported.
Beth Ann’s warmth and efficiency have become a hallmark of the firm. She and her husband live in Plainfield, Illinois, where they enjoy life with their four grown kids and three rescue pups.
Colette Coleman, Associate Architect
Fresh out of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in architecture, Colette Coleman dove into Widler Architecture and hasn’t looked back. For the past five years, she’s honed her skills and brought fresh perspectives to our projects.
Now based in Chicago, Colette spends her off-hours exploring the city’s architecture and getting inspired by its dynamic design scene.
