This new-build residence, wrapped in textural stone and framed by bold forms, was crafted for a modern family with an eye for timeless character and livable elegance.

The front façade strikes a deliberate chord: a recessed archway, softened gables, and a screen element that plays with shadow and scale. It’s not about symmetry. It’s about flow. About creating a sense of arrival that lingers.

Inside, moments unfold with purpose and surprise. A two-story atrium greets you with light and line. The kitchen is a sculptural space for gathering, with stone bookends, a hood that commands attention, and a tucked-away scullery that handles the behind-the-scenes hustle (library ladder included). It’s the show kitchen that performs without the mess.

From the moody home office to a dining room anchored by arch millwork and a glass-lined wine cellar, each space speaks softly but with clarity. Downstairs, a bar lounge overlooks a golf simulator. It’s laid back, masculine, and has just the right edge.

Throughout, the architecture carries its own motif. Arches in the family room’s barrel-vault ceiling, radiused window moments, softened millwork. Elements that thread the design together with intention.
