DESCRIPTION
Location: Evanston, IL
Built in 1992, this home was in need of an exterior facelift including new color, siding and craftsman details. New fireplace cladding and a custom chimney cap were added along with new lighting, railings, a front door and decking. The front entry was covered with a new barrel vault in addition to reconfiguring the front porch was reconfigured to correct a structurally failing roof by adding custom cedar beams to the roof.
