DESCRIPTION
This full gut job of an old Chicago bungalow saw new life when a second story was in play. We saw that it had good bones and a solid foundation. The basement was good. The first layer of structure was good. The walls are good. We added a second floor and really everything down to the bare bones. This was more of a contemporary home with tons of natural light and clean finishes.
