This stunning gut rehab included a new kitchen to meet the needs of a modern family featuring a wine cooler, walk-in pantry and custom built-ins throughout to allow for ample storage. Located off the family room, an outdoor, covered dining area was created on a composite deck to provide the outdoor living space this family of four was looking for. Giving the master bedroom a luxurious and distinct feel, a vaulted ceiling, transom windows and a balcony were added.
