Schmaltz Delicatessen is a Chicagoland staple known for its award-winning Corned beef, Pastrami, and famous menu. Widler Architecture accommodated the growing demand for Schmaltz Deli by relocating the main location and designed a larger dining room, private event space, patio, and drive-through that were not a part of the previous location. 

Aimed to create a harmonious blend of functionality, aesthetics, and customer experience, the new location and enhancements offered by the new design successfully transformed Schmaltz Delicatessen into a premier destination, accommodating a more extensive customer base and solidifying its reputation as the go-to place for fine deli fare in the Chicagoland area.
