Location: Chicago, IL
Last renovated in the 90s, this Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago residence underwent a dramatic makeover to evoke a masterful Parisian design aesthetic and significantly increase curb appeal. The windows, doors, and front siding were stripped entirely, and new exterior stucco was added. New windows were introduced above stunning French doors, equipped with custom metalwork and a new front canopy.
Inside, walls were torn down for a natural flow, while ornate light fixtures were installed to create a soft mood. In addition, an all-new kitchen eating area was revealed, showcasing a dusty-pink ceiling that practically whispers “renaissance.”
