This complete gut rehab transformed the home into a space designed for modern living. The new kitchen, tailored to a busy family, now features a sleek wine cooler, walk-in pantry, and custom built-ins for plenty of storage. Just off the family room, we created a covered outdoor dining area on a composite deck—perfect for the seamless indoor-outdoor living the family of four wanted. Upstairs, the master bedroom was given a luxurious touch with a vaulted ceiling, transom windows, and a private balcony, creating a distinct retreat with a spacious, airy feel.
